A Mosaic is made up of many broken pieces. It is in that brokenness that a mosaic finds its beauty. Here at Mosaic Mountain, we believe the same is true about people. When we aren’t off exploring, you’ll find us building a sustainable future in our very own 100+ acre valley in NE Kentucky. Our goals are to make life easier on our tribe, pool resources and skills, and create something beautiful together… not in spite of our brokenness, but to honor everyone’s unique gifts! Whether you need a wilderness escape, want to do some work camping, or are looking to be a digital nomad somewhere beautiful and remote check us out and see if we have what you need.

Jonathon’s father served in WWII. Along with all the horror, he visited many places in France where world renowned artists once lived. Shortly after VE Day, he had an opportunity to visit the Louvre before. Shortly after, upon returning home, he used his ROTC scholarship to study art. Hal decided that he had seen more than enough pain and darkness, it was time to create and celebrate beauty. We are happy to follow in Hal’s footsteps by creating Mosaic Mountain.
